Individuos latinos y mujeres como grupo han hallado difícil el establecerse en el profesorado. Como tal, el propósito de este estudio fue el de examinar las percepciones de estudiantes de los profesores latinos en el área de administración de deportes. El estudio se condujo en una clase de administración de deportes (N = 102), utilizando la teoría basada en auto-categorización para género y raza. Este estudio provee una evaluación inicial del potencial de prejuicios que pueden existir en el área de administración de deportes.
