Returns to College Education: An Analysis of Hispanic WorkersBryant College in Smithfield, Rhode Island. This article investigates the college versus noncollege wage gap between Hispanic and White workers from 1994 to 2001. The earnings gap has been greater for Hispanic workers than for White workers during all years surveyed. The patterns of college versus noncollege earnings gaps show that Hispanic workers without a college education are going through a difficult period and also that their disadvantageous economic position will not improve in the near future.
